PROGRAMS AND CONTRACTS
All our consultations are handled by our management business, which provides a PDF document, where we include the expected services from the international airport Jorge Chávez in Lima or the city of your choice in South America and Panama.

LIFE INSURANCE
All clients must have life insurance and accident.
RESERVATIONS
To make a reservation for any of our services, you must pay 50% of the total agreed, one month before arrival on site of your choice.
For the trekking the Inca trail in Peru, includes 2 reservations months in advance throughout the year. Except in February it is closed for maintenance.
Reservations will be accepted only last moment whether it is paid the agreed amount.
PAYMENT AND DATA PROTECTION
All reservations can be canceled in cash or credit card is some cases.
They can also make payments through our bank account or through a money transfer.
Payments can be in Euros, U.S. Dollars or Peruvian soles.
In some programs, you may pay the difference in travel credit card upon arrival at the chosen site.
All data entering our database will be used only for statistical purposes.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations of travel, will be accepted until 15 days before arrival at the chosen site. Bank fees are deducted and expenses have been made so far.
For last minute cancellations, additional discounts apply, bank charges and costs actually incurred to date of cancellation.
REMEDIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
