The consults and emails will be answer for our comercial office who send a PDF file with all the information.
Our programas begin in the airport cities choosen.
Our services includes all the items in the cities and mountains, also we can offer flight tickets and another trips.

NUESTRA MONTAÑA SAC will send a file with accord prices and the includes services.
If is neccesary NUESTRA MONTAÑA SAC will sign a contract with the customer/s.
If the customer request a bill, we can give with all details about the trip with Us.

The foreign are exempt of pay taxes.

LIFE INSURANCE
Is obligatory an accidents insurance and life for contract any services with Us.
Some times NUESTRA MONTAÑA SAC can solicit people contact in your country for your safe.

BOOKING
For a booking any our services, is neccesary make a payment of 50 % of total, the difference will be pay before to begin the trip with Us in the city or expedition choosen.
We accept last minute booking if the customer accept the prices.

IMPORTANT - The booking for INCA TRAIL TO MACHU PICCHU will be booking with 2 o 3 months before to Peru arrival.
During february, the Inca trail is closed.
We accept last minuts booking when the customer accept the price.

ABOUT PAYMENT
All the bookings will be pay in cash or some times with credit card (Increment of 6 %)
The first payment will be make by international money transfer. We will send our banks dates.

CANCELLATIONS
NUESTRA MONTAÑA SAC not responsible for any mishap that may occur during your stay in the place chosen for the trip.
NUESTRA MONTAÑA SAC accept cancellations 60 days before of arrival to first destiny ( The devolution will be 60 % )
After, not will be return of payment.
If some people have any inconvenient during any trip, NUESTRA MONTAÑA SAC not will return the payment
