Program: Transfer from Lima to Cusco by flight or by bus. Acclimatization in Cusco (3400 m.)
Take the spectacular and mystical Inca trail to Machu Pichu,crossing other archaeological complexes before.
Day 1.
Start from hostal at 5.45 - 6.00 and transfer Machu Picchu train station. There is beautiful scenery along the way! We will get off at Km. 104 where our trekking of 2 days starts. We will start walk around 10:30 am. First we will pass the ruins of Chacchabamba (2250 mtrs). Around 4:00pm we will continue our trip to the "Puerta del Sol" (Sun door or "Inti Punku") where we can see one of the most beautiful sun sets ! From here we will continue our hike to Aguas Calientes where we will sleep.
Day 2.
After very early breakfast we will take the bus to f Machu Picchu for sunrise and before all the tourists arrive. (We have the option of up walking to Machu Picchu). After that, our guide will give us a guided tour about two and a half hours. After that we will have some time free to explore the ruins by your self and have lunch (not included).
Is possible the visit Huayna Picchu ( Previous reservation )
Return to Ollantaytambo in Train and back to Cusco in bus.
